What is Legal Secretaries of Kentucky?
LSK is a non-profit educational association for legal secretaries whose members value ethics, professionalism, and continuing legal education. LSK was formed in 1996 to support local legal secretaries, through education and networking, in a demanding profession where quality standards and client expectations are growing ever higher.
Who can belong?
Membership is open to anyone who is presently or formerly employed in the legal secretarial profession or who is interested in the legal secretarial profession.
When are the meetings?
Membership meetings are held in spring and fall in different locations. Educational speakers are featured.
How much are the dues?
Dues are $10 per year

We are an educational association for legal secretaries whose Members value ethics, professionalism, and continuing legal education. Our mission is to increase the competencies of legal secretaries so that they may better serve attorneys, courts, businesses, and governments. Our Members include legal secretaries of all levels of experience who support their professional association with their time, talent, spirit, and resources.
Legal Secretaries of Kentucky was the fourth legal secretary association in the country to affiliate with Legal Secretaries International Inc., a non-profit Texas corporation.
